Shipping Policy

 

Catherine Collective currently ships to all fifty states within the United States. For an international order inquiry please contact us.

 

Shipping is calculated either by location or a flat fee. Promotional discounts, such as free shipping, my apply to certain orders/products but are not guaranteed.

 

Every order is processed and shipped via UPS/USPS within 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided to the customer upon shipment. If in the case of a lost or damaged product we will investigate and a replacement or refund will be provided, if necessary.

If a standard return or replacement is requested, return shipping will be provided at no cost to the customer.
