Refund Policy

Catherine Collective strongly believes that every transaction is a partnership between us, the provider, and you the customer. Since you are paying for a product, and related costs such as shipping, our goal is that you are not just satisfied but want to do business with us again. We give you 30 days from the day you receive the product to request a refund or exchange. These reasons include a damaged or defected product, the product is not what you expected, or you simply don't need it anymore. If the 30 days have passed, you are more than welcome to reach out to us with any concerns. While we are not obligated to provide a refund or exchange, we will do our best to make sure that you, as the customer, have had your needs met.
